  • If you’re serious about pho, Pho Dien is the real deal. The standout for me is the fresh rice noodles. Soft, silky, and perfectly textured. And the only pho place in Katy you can have this option is here! The broth itself is rich, clean, and deeply flavorful without being heavy or greasy, which tells you it’s been simmered the right way. Portions are generous, the meat is high quality, and everything tastes fresh. Service is Chick-fil-A friendly, and the restaurant has that no-frills, authentic vibe that lets the food speak for itself. This is hands-down one of the best pho bowls in Katy, and easily a place I’ll keep coming back to whenever I’m craving comfort food done right. Highly highly recommend!

  • Had a good chat with the owner today and he said his staff was off sick and he was short staffed. He was willing to accommodate for me since I was driving far from home and solo dining. Got to sneak in a bowl of pho and the broth was clean, the noodles were thin and chewy but not too hard. Solid spot would recommend .

  • The food is good. We had the spring rolls and the peanut sauce is perfection. Pairs so well with the spring roll. They have different sizes of servings and the x-tra large is really big and good for sharing. They are usually busy and the staffs might not notice you for a while which is understandable.

  • My son and I were looking for a good pho place since our favorite closed permanently. We decided to try this place since we were in the area. We were greeted when we walked in and the waitress told us to sit where we like. The menu was not overly overwhelming focusing only specific dishes like pho, rice, and appetizers. My son and I ordered the fried eggs roll and combo pho. The egg rolls came out piping hot and larger than other restaurants. You could tell it was hand made with lots of fillings especially meat to veggies ratio. The combo pho (#1) came only in large or extra large bowl and served boiling hot which fogged up my glasses (so glad the A/C was working :-D). First tasted the broth before putting hoisin and Sriracha into the bowl. Nice clean taste but if you put the hoisin/Sriracha those items brought out the taste of the soup. The meat consisted of meatballs, brisket, rare steak, tendons, and tripe. The only complaint that I have was the tripe which was chewy. Overall service was great and I will return when I get a pho fix!

  • My sister took us to this restaurant and we absolutely loved it. I think it’s actually been the most family friendly pho place i’ve been to so far since caretakers can customize their child’s dish according to their level of comfort (AKA they’ve got a plain pho noodle option for picky eaters!) The staff was very kind and homey, and they have made my sister (a frequent diner here) feel like family. This restaurant was the last place we ate at and enjoyed before heading back home to Maine!

  • The pho here is incredibly authentic with a rich, flavorful broth. The beef tripe is super fresh and perfectly cooked. Every time my husband and I come here, the food is so delicious that we forget to talk to each other — seriously! Highly recommend! The only small downside is that the smell of disinfectant/cleaning solution can be a bit strong at times, but overall the food is absolutely worth it.

  • The staff is super welcoming and attentive. The food is amazing along with the drinks. So far I’ve gotten the Pho Tai Chin (steak and brisket) with extra noodles and my boyfriend has gotten the Pho Ga (chicken). Also the egg rolls were super tasty as well. I definitely recommend this place !

  • The owner greeted us on entry and we had a great conversation. I got pho that turned out to be the best I have ever had. I paid an upcharge (75 cents) for freshly made noodles and was not disappointed . We also got the pork and shrimp noodles that were spectacular.
